Hey world,
Gratitude of the Day: Books existing.
Today is the start of the revival of this website. I want to spread my love of books to everyone.
So a little about me.
I am Jeanie, I am 22 years old and I live in Australia. I adore books, animals and diamond painting whilst undertaking a Bachelor of Social Science specialising in Criminal Justice and Criminology. My hope is to become a lawyer one day.
I have loved books since I was a child. I grew up on books like “The Faraway Tree” by Enid Blyton and “Deltora Quest” by Emily Rodda. These books inspired me to keep reading as I started to read titles like “Skulduggery Pleasant” by Derek Landy which really enhanced my experience with books around Year 7/8.
It was then I discovered Sarah J Maas and she became my favourite author of all time so far. That can change however depending on what I read in the future. I just love how she writes.
Anyways, for today I spent most of my time thinking about uni. I have a few notes I have to do for some subjects.
This afternoon, I decided to read “Glint” by Raven Kennedy. I really enjoyed the first in that series so I am expecting I will love it the same. I am currently on page 56. Auren and the commander are talking to each other in the tent. Not much has happened since she was caught by the Fourth army.

My goal for this month is to read 50 pages a day and try to complete 5 books.
And that’s me for tonight. Thanks for your patience and give yourself a little intro in the comments. I really enjoy reading about everyone’s lives.
